| Articles: What's Cookin? I smell a RIPPER! |
This new group were thrown into the world of ascii some months ago and within this group there are
some awesome and great artists. Yes, im talking about TUS. I've let TUS find out for themselves
the past months, but it doesn't seem that TUS puts quality check and ripping checks that high as
the other groups in the scene today.
Thats why im writting this stuff. I've noticed, a bunch of my fellow ascii artists have noticed, but it
seems that TUS hasn't noticed. At first i was quiet about it, cause i thought that Trasher of TUS
were going to change his style and find his own ascii style, since he's pretty new to the scene.
But it never happens, he continues to rip my style, over and over again. TUS has now released
their 3rd pack, and what do i find in it? ripping by Trasher, again. He haven't even tried to
change my ascii letters so they would look different either.
Lemme go back in time. It all started some months ago, i leeched TUS #01 and started to
scratch my head, cause i couldn't remember that i had joined TUS. The ascii's looked like my
own and my ascii homies came to me and said, have you joined TUS?? Im faithfull to my own group,
and wouldn't join any other groups, ever. Then i noticed the ascii filename started with TRS*****.
I just think its too damn pathetic of the founders of TUS to not be that into the scene, to notice
if a ascii is a RIP or a original artwork. And i think its damn pathetic that a guy thinks he's
an artists by ripping artwork that someone else has done. He's not a artist, he's rather a
poser, something which fits exactly beneat my shoe.
I respect artists enough to not borrow their art and claim its my own, i think the scene should
give the same respect back. Where is the old team spirit which didn't tolerate rippers at all?

Hmm.. just had to get that out.... lets hope TUS takes the nessesary steps!
